Process Engineering

Our process engineering group has extensive experience in the simulation, design, and operation  of petroleum refinery units.  Responsibilities range from preliminary refinery designs to final loop checks and startup procedures.

Instrumentation Engineering

From sizing orifice plates and relief valves to programming PLC’s and DCS systems, Ventech can solve any instrumentation problem. 

Electrical Engineering

Many of our projects require power generation and distribution.  Our electrical department can design your power distribution systems, conduit routings, lighting plans, MCC’s, and switchgear.

Mechanical Engineering

Due to the wide variety of specialty systems we have designed, our mechanical design group has collected data and experience on many different types of process units and equipment.

Civil / Structural Engineering

Our Civil / Structural department “supports” each product with all of the services required in refinery design, including steel structures, foundations, lifting plans, earthwork, sewer designs, water treatment and fire safety.

Piping Engineering

The piping group handles all layout, design, and drafting of our refinery units.  The piping designers are also heavily involved in project Quality Assurance.
