PURCHASING

Purchasing includes selection of vendors, solicitation and evaluation of quotations, placement of purchase orders and negotiations of changes through final payment to the vendor.  Our emphasis is to provide products of acceptable quality, at prices commensurate with existing market values.

EXPEDITING

Expediting confirms the purchase order is entered at the vendor’s facility and ensures the delivery terms of the order are adhered to.  Visits to the vendor’s facility are arranged based on the complexity of the order and specific client requirements.  Our expediting services coordinate all aspects of the order from the time it is placed through successful delivery.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality Assurance group ensures that equipment, goods and/or materials conform to the purchase order and industry code requirements and also meet the quality standards established by Ventech and its clients.  Our personnel conduct shop surveys to update and evaluate existing and potential sources of supply.  

LOGISTICS

Logistics arranges and monitors the safe movement of equipment, goods and/or materials in the most expeditious and economical manner.  These services include export packing, marshaling of equipment and freight forwarding.  In addition, we monitor and facilitate the successful conclusion of any associated freight claims.
