Ventech's Facilities and Fabrication Services
Our 22-acre fabrication complex is located
in Pasadena, Texas one mile south of the Houston Ship Channel.
The main buildings include a 12,000 ft2 Module Assembly Shop
equipped with a 50 and 5 ton hoist bridge crane, a 17,000 ft2
Assembly Shop for pipe and structural steel fabrication, and a 10,400 ft2
Warehouse for equipment receipt and shipping.

The
majority of Ventech’s refinery units feature some degree of modularization.
Our fabrication facility is ideal for the assembly and integration of all of the piping, equipment,
electrical, and instrumentation components required for modular
field installation.
Structural
Steel Fabrication
Steel
fabrication conforms to the American Institute of Steel Construction.
Structural weld procedures are prequalified under AWS
D1.

Pipe
fabrication conforms to the specifications in ANSI B31.3.
