Produce high-octane unleaded gasoline. Ventech's modular reformer units are complete naphtha processing units consisting of a naphtha hydrotreater and a catalytic reformer that process straight-run naphtha per day. Each modular reformer unit is constructed of all new materials and can be ready for shipment in as little as nine months.

Typically, Ventech modular reformer units produce reformate with an octane rating of 95 RON (Research Octane Number) and approximately 85 MON (Motor Octane Number). A byproduct of the refining process is hydrogen fuel gas, generally containing a mix of 70 percent hydrogen and 30 percent hydrocarbons. Some of this gas is used for heating requirements within the reformer unit. The excess can be used for other process heating requirements.

Ventech also manufactures isomerization unit s that allow the refinery to produce larger quantities of premium octane gasoline.
