Since 1967, Ventech has successfully relocated dozens of units and entire refineries—often across oceans and continents. We're also the industry leaders in the design and construction of modular refineries.

MODULAR REFINERIES

In 1992, we created the world's first modular refinery for use in the subzero climate of Siberia. Ventech-engineered units can be found in Russia, Ukraine, Indonesia, Yemen, India, Colombia and Peru, with additional projects under construction in Iraq, Trinidad, and Nigeria.

 

Ventech's all new modular plants allow the majority of the process equipment to be pre assembled in our fabrication complex, which allows for higher quality construction and shorter project schedules.

RELOCATION SERVICES

A successful plant relocation is determined by more than the price you pay for used equipment. Too often, competitors fail to account for differing product specifications and environmental conditions when they attempt to relocate a process unit. As a result, the equipment rarely operates run as efficiently as it did in its previous location—if it runs at all.

 

Ventech understands the unique processing requirements of different feedstocks. We re-engineer inspect and refurbish existing process units for the specific conditions at the new project site—and create a hybrid of new and surplus equipment that delivers maximum production capacity. As a result, our clients are able to fully realize the cost and time-savings that make plant relocations profitable.
