The majority of Ventech’s refinery units feature some degree of modularization. Our 100,000+ square-foot fabrication facility in Pasadena is ideal for the assembly and integration of all of the piping, equipment, electrical, and instrumentation components required for quick, easy field installation.
Our vessel fabrication shops provide ASME Section VII Division 1 core stamped pressure vessels.
Our structural shop provides the module frames which will contain the equipment, pipe and instrumentation. Steel fabrication conforms to the American Institute of Steel Construction. Structural weld procedures are pre qualified under AWS D1.
Pipe fabrication conforms to the specifications in ANSI B31.1 and B31.3.
